At La Belle Vie MedSpa, we started with a commitment to delivering excellence. We meticulously vetted medical aesthetic device companies, reading clinical studies, reviewing FDA approvals and clearances, understanding the technology, and evaluating case studies - as well as scrutinizing opposition research to collaborate findings. Andre Yousefia MD - medical director
Dr. Andre Yousefia graduated from Sackler School of Medicine in New York in 1996, after studying Cellular and Molecular Biology at California State University Northridge, CA. He has a thriving medical practice in Thousand Oaks specializing in Internal Medicine. He has researched and published articles on Immuno-Reactivity, PRP, and Muscle Infarction. Dr. Yousefia overcame a stroke and had a redefined vision of combining years of medical experience with wellness modalities, and in this La Belle Vie MedSpa & Wellness Center was formed.
It is our vision to share a beautiful life with you. Focused on innovative technology infused with controlled clinical modalities to simulate the body's natural response to achieve rejuvenation and wellness.
Jenapher Moguel - practice administrator
With a forte in business operations, management and financials, Jenapher Moguel, exercised her fierce independence and quick thinking into heading several successful businesses. She owns practice management firm, American Practice Management and is co-owner of a production company (REAPERS FORGE PRODUCTIONS). Work from RFP can be seen on “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN”, “THE LAST SAMURAI”, “CHRONICLES OF NARNIA” and many more feature films. In recent years her work as a Film Producer was shown at the CANNES film festival as well as the American Film Institute. She has co-produced with formidable forces such as Jamie Foxx (KID EDITION) and Chester Bennington (LINKIN PARK, MAYOR OF THE WORLD) to name a few.
Her organizational skills, uncanny ability to think “on her feet”, combined with her marketing ability and knowledge of industry trade secrets. Her “street smarts”, innate talent and dogged determination have made her a formidable force, coupled with her vast arsenal of “go to” resources.
Coupled together her experience of Practice Management, Marketing, and Film Producing, it seemed natural to combine insights and grow the vision of La Belle Vie MedSpa & Wellness Center.
She is a mother to four boys, enjoys cultural anthropology, history, traveling, and can be found Belly Dancing, as well as practicing Hula and Tahitian dancing in her quiet moments.

Nicole is skilled in all aesthetic treatments, including Botox, Fillers, PRP and Sculptra injections, photofacials, and cosmetic lasers. She has also obtained all relevant certifications to her practice, specifically in the use of Allergan, Galderma, Revanesse and InMode.
Prior to joining La Belle Vie, Nicole attended UCLA, where she graduated with latin honors and the highest distinction. She then attended the Southern California University of Health Sciences, where she was trained in all aspects of general medicine in addition to cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery.

Meet Samantha Ralica, RN, our master injector at La Belle Vie Medical Spa, who is renowned for her expertise in Lip transformations and a plethora of aesthetic treatments. Samantha is a Registered Nurse licensed by the California State Board of Registered Nursing and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Red Cross.

Meet Samantha Ralica, RN, our master injector at La Belle Vie Medical Spa, who is renowned for her expertise in Lip transformations and a plethora of aesthetic treatments. Samantha is a Registered Nurse licensed by the California State Board of Registered Nursing and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Red Cross.
Samantha brings diverse and comprehensive professional experience to her role. Her tenure at La Belle Vie Medical Spa since February 2022 has seen her specialize in dermal filler and neuromodulator injections, utilizing the Juvederm and Restylane family of fillers and Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau. Samantha has also excelled in skin rejuvenation treatments such as Morpheus8, Morpheus8 Body, microneedling, fractional laser resurfacing, IPL, and chemical peels like Cosmelan, Perfect Peel, Acnelan, and Intimate Discoloration Peel. Her skills extend to phlebotomy, PRP/PRF injections, EZ Gel Plasma Filler, women’s wellness treatments, and body contouring treatments.
Prior to joining La Belle Vie, Samantha served as an Aesthetic Nurse/Lead Clinician at LaserAway Medical Spa from August 2019 to November 2021.
